Description	:	“ Steps from Rocky Hollow” Turkey Run State Park Marshal, IN 2009 Hiking in Turkey Run State is one of my favorite escapes. I particularly enjoy the place where the large expanse of Rocky Hollow narrows considerably into a small slot in the sandstone walls. Here one can observe the work of young men employed by a New Deal program called the WPA. Each time I visit, I try to imagine the hard work that these desperate, depression-era men carried out on the park’s numerous trails.
